Monarch Home

This home started as one of Allegro’s builder’s spec designs—something he had built before and liked, but he wanted to refine it and make it even better. We went back to the drawing board, reworking every detail. What if we adjusted this? What about that? After rehashing the entire design, we landed on a version that became one of his most profitable builds.

At 6,000 square feet, it delivers a lot of space for the cost. With six bedrooms, 10-foot ceilings, and a four-car garage in the later versions, it offers everything buyers look for—without breaking the budget. A big part of that came down to smart design choices. The exposed beams, for example, look like structural features but aren’t, allowing for the same aesthetic without the added cost.

Once built, this home proved itself. Every time it was reworked and built again, more people fell in love with it. The builder himself lived in this one for a while before finally selling it—because sometimes a house turns out so well, you don’t want to let it go.
